Drax, Brookfield and Radiant agree £20bn partnership for data centre at Drax Power Station
Drax, Brookfield and Radiant have agreed to develop gigawatt-scale data centre capacity at Drax Power Station in North Yorkshire, with a grid-fed 100MW first phase targeted for early 2028.
CIBSE urges Heat Risk Commission to close gap between overheating tools and Part O
The building services body has told the National Heat Risk Commission that Building Regulations compliance still rests on 2016 weather files, despite its own TM59:2026 and 2025 Weather Data testing homes against 2050s conditions.
